Privacy Policy

TRT Diary is built around private user-owned records and a public/private separation between marketing pages and authenticated health tracking pages.

Illustrated TRT tracking dashboard with symptoms, labs, and vital signs.

Information users provide

The app can store account information and user-entered tracking records such as diary notes, food entries, injections, lab notes, body measurements, wellness notes, uploaded files, and settings.

How records are used

Records are used to provide the tracking features in the app, generate user-requested summaries, maintain account security, and support product operation.

Public pages and analytics

Public pages may use privacy-conscious analytics and optional marketing forms. Do not enter private health details into public marketing forms.

HIPAA and legal note

Do not assume HIPAA compliance unless it has been separately verified legally and operationally. Compliance requires policies, risk assessments, vendor agreements, operational controls, and legal review.

Medical note: TRT Diary is for informational tracking and appointment preparation only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, or emergency monitoring.
